Feral CatsMeet Jerry, Albus, Miss Minoes and Pumpkin Moonface, some of the rescued feral/stray cats who live here. It is hard to believe that cats with this much beauty would ever have to face the hardships of a life in the wild. But this was just such a life as they led. Fortunately, they now live a purr-fect life at CCFS.
Donate to the CatsWe are incredibly grateful for your donation - big or small. Donations are used towards giving our feral cats a life of enrichment, health and all the comforts we can give. Afterall, "Cats are connoisseurs of comfort." Spay/neuter procedures are very expensive. With your help, we can save more.

Rescue RabbitsMeet the Lu-Lu's, Shiloh, Maizey and Merlin - all sanctuary rabbits. Forever and always. We currently have over forty rabbits who call Cottontail Cottage home.
Donate to RabbitsWe are BIG rabbit advocates, mainly because they are so often misunderstood, but also because Cottontail Cottage wouldn't be what it is today without them. They are such beautiful creatures and we love them more than we can say. Please donate towards their care.

There will always be a place here, for senior dogs. Those gray muzzles and eyes that look out onto the world with infinite wisdom and grace no matter what kind of abuse or neglect has been their fate.
Donate to Senior DogsWe may not have been there for them in the beginning, but we certainly can be there at journey's end. They will know what it is to sleep in front of a warm fire; to be walked and brushed and fed; and most importantly, to know the true meaning of love. "My little dog - a heartbeat at my feet." Caring for senior dogs is expensive. Many need on-going medical care. Please donate towards these dear, old friends.

Small AnimalsThe smallest of misunderstood animals! Meet the rats at Cottontail Cottage: Thomas and Edmund. Sweet, loving boys, so curious and playful. Dear little whiskers and dumbo ears.
Donate to Small AnimalsCCFS loves small animals! Guinea pigs, hamsters, hedgehogs, ferrets and rats - tiny creatures with big hearts. And not without their own fair share of expense. Susceptible to respiratory diseases, the cost for "exotic" veterinary care can be steep. Please help us always be able to give them the very best.

Feathered FriendsMeet the Puddle-Ducks, Jemimah & Rebeccah. Jemimah is a crested Khaki Campbell and is very sweet. Like in the Beatrix Potter story, Jemima was "a very silly duck" and was found one wintry night perched on a guardrail in the middle of nowhere. Luckily for her, she was brought to CCFS where she is now made a big fuss over. (Then again, perhaps she was a very smart duck.)
Donate to Feathered FriendsDid you know ducks can live to be twenty? This is true. That means, Jemima and friends will be in our care that long. A long life. One of our biggest wishes besides being able to save more of them, is to raise enough funds to put in a pond. Maybe someday we will be able to.

Farm AnimalsMeet Lucy the miniature horse and some of her goat friends. Adorable, funny and loving, not only do they keep us on our toes, but fill our hearts full of joy. Look deep into their eyes and you will find a legacy of love.
Donate to Farm AnimalsHelp us to fence in more fields and pastures for them to play and run and explore in. Help us to expand and grow so more lives like these can be saved.
